Minnesota Vikings vs Philadelphia Eagles (Saturday, Aug 25th)
After winning their first two preseason games, the Vikings are heading into their final NFL preseason matchup in great shape. Let’s be honest, their fans have every reason to be proud of how impressively their team has performed. In their most recent game, the Vikings edged out the Raiders with a thrilling 24-23 victory, thanks in large part to J.J. McCarthy, who threw for 188 passing yards and delivered two touchdown passes.
On the other side, the Philadelphia Eagles have also been turning heads. They, too, secured victories in their first two preseason outings. Most recently, they narrowly defeated the New England Patriots 14-13, with Drake Maye contributing 47 passing yards. As for this upcoming game, while I believe there’s a good chance we’ll see Jalen Hurts take the field, I’m not entirely certain.
When it comes to predicting the outcome, I’m leaning toward the Minnesota Vikings to come out on top. While the Eagles do have the advantage of playing at home, I’m confident that the Vikings will find a way to secure the win. The last time these two teams met was back in September, with the Eagles emerging victorious in a close 34-28 game. This time, though, I’m expecting a different result.
