New York Giants vs New York Jets (Saturday, Aug 24th)
The New York Giants started the preseason on a strong note, managing to beat the Lions 14-3 in their first game. However, they couldn’t stop the Texans’ offense in their most recent game and lost 28-10. Even though the Giants were on the road in that game, I was expecting a bit more from them. Nevertheless, they will have a great chance to bounce back in the upcoming game.
On the other hand, the New York Jets are in better shape right now, even though they come into this match as the big underdogs. In their most recent game, they managed to beat the Carolina Panthers 15-12. Although it was a close result, the Jets’ main quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, wasn’t playing, as he will only start at the beginning of the regular season.
If I had to make a prediction for this game, I would go with the Giants to win this one. The last time these two teams faced each other was back in October 2023, with the Jets winning 13-10.
