Baltimore Ravens vs Dallas Cowboys (Sunday, Sep 22th)
The Baltimore Ravens are off to a rough start this season, as they have yet to secure a win since the season officially began. Their first loss came against the Chiefs, and most recently, they fell to the Raiders in a 26-23 defeat, leaving them at the bottom of the AFC North. It’s ironic, considering there was a lot of buzz around the Ravens being one of the strongest teams in the NFL. However, from what we’ve seen so far, they have several issues that need to be addressed.
On the other hand, the Dallas Cowboys also delivered a disappointing performance in their last game, losing 44-19 to the Saints. Dak Prescott had a tough outing, throwing two interceptions, which contributed to their downfall. Despite this setback, the Cowboys are still considered favorites to win their division. They’re currently in 3rd place in the NFC East with a 1-1 record, but if they lose this upcoming game, things could start to unravel for them.
If I had to predict this matchup, I’d lean towards the Ravens pulling off a win. That said, this is the kind of game where anything can happen, so I wouldn’t count the Cowboys out either. What’s certain is that this game holds a lot of weight for both teams. A loss could set the tone for a disappointing season, especially given the high expectations for both. The last time these two teams met was in December 2020, with the Ravens coming out on top, 34-17.
