PHP/WordPress Developer

We’re looking for a Senior PHP/WordPress developer with front and backend development skills.
You will be in charge of the technological implementation and maintenance of our web products while working for our in-house development team.
You’ll need to provide structured, modular, and tidy code that meets defined coding standards, as well as to utilise third-party libraries and plugins when necessary.
The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic about technologies, innovation, open source technologies, and will be energised by learning new skills and sharing knowledge at our recurring skill-sharing sessions.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
You’ll report to the Head of Product and be responsible for communicating directly and effectively with a variety of teams, creating new websites from scratch mostly using WordPress but with some experience on other platforms. You’ll be able to code and construct custom sites, as well as design and develop websites based on pre-existing commercial themes.

DUTIES:

Creating and implementing innovative features and functions
Setting up and maintaining the website’s architecture
Maintaining and optimising technical aspects of the CMS while ensuring high performance and availability
Creating a successful, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin
Working with the Product Owner to create a solid search campaign for each product(s)
Comprehend business needs and convert them into a solution design
Collaborate with other developers and designers through Trello
Participate in code inspections and maintain a high level of code quality while meeting strict deadlines and achieving exceptional results
Revise and improve data-crunching algorithms in progress

REQUIREMENTS:

Experienced PHP developer to a good standard
Experience with MySQL is required
HTML5, CSS3, Ajax
Vanilla JavaScript
PHP CMS (WordPress, Drupal, Magento, etc)
Excellent knowledge of Git
Deep RestAPI architecture understanding
Any of the following would be an advantage
JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc)
Gutenberg development

Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead and manage workstreams that are part of the Project Management Office’s and Transformation Office’s portfolio of projects.

This role will analyse the current operational method and make suggestions for efficiency improvement.
It will involve interacting with stakeholders throughout the company to understand their systems, procedures, and pain spots, as well as gathering needs to enable the delivery of proposed cures. An exceptional Business Analyst will be able to identify and rank areas for improvement, as well as communicate business requirements in terms that both the business stakeholders and technical delivery teams can understand.

DUTIES:

Take charge of activities and projects as assigned by the Project Management Office and the Transformation Office
Engage with stakeholders at every level of the business to understand the current operational model and highlight areas for improvement
Drive workshops with stakeholders and end-users to fully understand pain points and capture requirements to implement new changes
Documentation using the appropriate tools, templates, methodologies and techniques
Prioritisation through reviews with stakeholders and the project delivery teams
Defining requirements into proposed high-level and/or detailed-level solution design documents

REQUIREMENTS:

A proven track record as a Business Analyst
Working with Business and Technology stakeholders; you must be able to speak both languages
Familiarity with requirements gathering and solution design tools, techniques, and best practices is required.
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Interpersonal and communication abilities
Working on transformation projects or experience with project management will be considered a benefit

Content Writer – French

Experience in iGaming or in the affiliation business is an advantage, but not required

This specific role is for a French Content writer to join our team. As a Content Writer you will be expected to:
Create both casino and sports betting related content for our different content networks

Review all existing content and make sure it is of the highest quality and SEO-friendly

Come up with ideas on how to continually improve our content and expand our reach

Native French skills – spoken and written

Able to write concise and engaging copy

Write both news-type articles and marketing copy

Able to self-edit and proofread

Have an independent attitude – we don’t like micromanaging
