NFL Picks and Bets Week 4

This is a picture of Ravens vs Browns for the NFL Picks and Bets Week 4 article

Yesterday, we witnessed a great game between the Detroit Lions and the Green Bay Packers, with the Lions emerging victorious with a score of 34-20. As we head into the fourth weekend of the NFL season, there are plenty of matches to look forward to. In this NFL Picks and Bets Week 4 article, I’ll give you my prediction for the top five games of this weekend and where you can find the best odds.

Baltimore Ravens vs. Cleveland Browns (Sunday, Oct 1st)

The Baltimore Ravens are having a solid season this year. However, they are coming into this match after a 22-19 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Despite Lamar Jackson’s impressive performance, where he completed 202 yards, it wasn’t enough to stop the Colts’ offence. Nevertheless, the Ravens currently hold the second-place position in the AFC North division with 2 wins and only one loss.

On the other hand, the Browns are entering this match following a commanding victory over the Titans, winning 27-3. Deshaun Watson played a pivotal role, completing 289 passing yards and two touchdowns. They currently hold the third position in the same division as the Ravens, boasting a record of 2 wins and 1 loss.

This match is challenging to predict given the quality of both teams. However, playing on their home turf, the Browns may have the edge. The last time these two teams faced each other was in December 2022, with the Browns winning 13-3.

My pick: The Cleveland Browns to win this game with a point spread of -2.5 (-116 at BetDukes).

Miami Dolphins vs. Buffalo Bills (Sunday, Oct 1st)

The Miami Dolphins are on fire at the moment, entering this match following a dominant 70-20 victory over the Denver Broncos, with Tua Tagovailoa completing 309 yards and throwing 4 touchdowns. This remarkable win was the biggest surprise of week 3, and it’s likely that they will carry this confidence into their upcoming match against their biggest rivals, the Buffalo Bills. Currently, they sit at the top of the AFC East division with a perfect record of 3 wins and 0 losses this season.

Meanwhile, the Buffalo Bills are entering this match following an impressive 37-3 victory over the Commanders, with Josh Allen accumulating 218 passing yards and 1 touchdown. They currently hold the second position in the AFC East with a record of 2 wins and 1 loss.

This match promises to be an exciting one, and I must admit that I really admire the way the Miami Dolphins are playing. Despite the game being hosted at the Bills’ stadium, I’m leaning towards the Dolphins for the win. The last time these two teams faced each other was in January of this year, with the Bills winning 34-31.

My pick: The Miami Dolphins with a point spread of +2.5 (-101 at BetOBet).

Washington Commanders vs. Philadelphia Eagles (Sunday, Oct 1st)

The Commanders against the Eagles is undoubtedly the most anticipated match of this season, given the longstanding rivalry between these two teams. The Washington Commanders have had a strong start to the season with a victory in their first match. However, they are entering this game after a significant defeat against the Buffalo Bills, losing 37-3, with Sam Howell completing only 170 yards. Nonetheless, they currently hold the third position in their division with 2 wins and 1 loss.

On the flip side, the Philadelphia Eagles currently lead the NFC East division with an unbeaten record of 3 wins and 0 losses. They enter this match following an impressive victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, winning 25-11, with Jalen Hurts amassing 277 yards and throwing 1 touchdown.

This match promises to be an exciting one, and I have a feeling that we’ll witness something special. With the Eagles playing in their home stadium, I find it difficult to see the Commanders winning this one. The last time these two teams faced each other was in November 2022, with the Commanders winning the game 32-21.

My pick: The Philadelphia Eagles with a point spread of -8.5 (-114 at iBet).

Las Vegas Raiders vs. Los Angeles Chargers (Sunday, Oct 1st)

The Raiders are experiencing a tough season, having lost their last two games against the Steelers and the Bills. To compound their challenges, they will be playing away from their hometown against another struggling team. Currently, the Raiders sit in second place in the AFC West division with a record of 1 win and 2 losses.

Meanwhile, the Chargers are facing several challenges this season and must improve promptly; otherwise, their path to the playoffs will become increasingly difficult. Despite losing their first two games against the Dolphins and the Titans, they enter this match with momentum following a significant victory over the Vikings, where Justin Herbert completed 405 passes and threw 3 touchdowns. Currently, they occupy third place in the AFC West with a record of 1 win and 2 losses.

It’s challenging to predict the outcome of this match; however, with the Chargers playing in their home stadium and fueled by their recent win, I believe they will secure the victory. The last time these two teams faced each other was in 2022, with the Raiders winning 27-20.

My pick: The Los Angeles Chargers to win this game with a point spread of -5.5 (-104 at iBet).

Arizona Cardinals vs. San Francisco 49ers (Sunday, Oct 1st)

The Cardinals had a shaky start to the season, losing their first two games to the Commanders and the Giants. However, they bounced back with a victory in their last match against the Dallas Cowboys, winning 28-16. Joshua Dobbs completed 189 passes and threw 1 touchdown. Currently, the Cardinals sit at the bottom of the NFC West division with a record of 1 win and 2 losses.

In contrast, the San Francisco 49ers have been the best team in the NFL this season, and if they continue to play this way, I believe they will win the Super Bowl. They are entering this match after defeating the New York Giants 30-12, with Brock Purdy throwing for 310 yards and one touchdown pass. Currently, they lead the NFC West division.

These two teams have been long-standing rivals, which adds to the excitement of this game. Considering that the 49ers will be playing in their hometown, I find it difficult to envision the Cardinals winning this one. The last time they faced each other was in January of this year, with the San Francisco 49ers securing a 38-13 victory.

My pick: The San Francisco 49ers with a point spread of -14 (-107 at BetOBet).
